The Heathrow Express provides a fast, direct link to Heathrow Airport every 15 minutes from platforms 6 and 7, Paddington Station.
Trains run in each direction from 0500 until 2330 seven days a week leaving Paddington at 10, 25, 40 and 55 minutes past the hour. The average journey time is 15 minutes to Heathrow Central is located beneath terminals 1 & 3, and is just a 15 minute non stop journey from Paddington. Change at Terminals 1 & 3 (Heathrow Central) for the free and frequent transfer service to Terminal 4. From Terminal 4 station it is only a 5 minute walk to the flight check-in area. Terminal 5 station is located directly underneath the new building and is only a short walk to the flight check-in area.
When leaving the train, follow the signs which will direct you to the lifts and escalators to take you up to departures and arrivals. Tickets are available from www.heathrowexpress.com or at the Heathrow Express ticket kiosks on the platform.
Heathrow Express provides customers with Flight Information Display Screens and Self Service Customer Check-In Machines for selected airlines (Air Canada, American Airlines, Delta, Finnair, Iberia, Kenya Airways, KLM, Lufthansa, United Airlines.) Before you even board the train you can choose your seat and print out your ticket at the check-in machines, located by the Heathrow Express ticket office at platforms 6 & 7.
The Flight Information Display Screens show the day’s flights, the airlines, the terminal and departure times. They are placed by the Paddington Station Heathrow Express ticket office and half way down platforms 6 and 7, which are dedicated solely to Heathrow Express.
The Heathrow Connect rail service is the stopping service between London Paddington and Heathrow calling at Ealing Broadway (for direct access to the Underground Central Line), West Ealing, Hanwell, Southall and Hayes. For more information visit www.heathrowconnect.com
