James Glancy Plugs Up Paddington

A new addition to Paddington Basin is attracting much interest. A giant plug and hole, by James Glancy Design, has been installed on the floor of Paddington Basin where the canal has been drained to enable construction work at Merchant Square.

Charity Dragon Boat Racing at Paddington

Thursday 26 June 2008, 6.00 p.m. - 9.00 p.m.

Feel the adrenaline as you paddle down Paddington Basin in Dragon Boat racing, supported by British Waterways London and European Land and Property. Prizes for the fastest team, best dressed and most money raised.
